Mr. Jawad Mohamed Ahmed Ali Aburowais , the owner became very meticulous from all the services and in managing the company, since he wants to maintain and keep up the good performance of his company.

The word of the mouth from the customers cannot be easily stopped as a result of the company to win the clients from other major companies thus gives a good reputation and above level of standing if they will be given a rank in the same field. The company started to operate with 46 employees and after quite sometime of expansion that number became 100 to ensure continues good performance on the output product.
Account Manager
The account manager also leads the agencies ideas presentation, ensuring the ideas remain faithful to the brief and that it is kept within the time frame and budget.

The most important task in account management is to design the brief; a well targeted brief can be the making of a great campaign. While the work varies depending on the agency, account managers are normally responsible for client budgets, for managing the work of account executives and performing a range of related administrative functions.
Production Manager
Coordinate and manage workflow throughout multiple agency and production relationships. Manage BBB and subsidiary assets related to print production.
Implement special projects as assigned like digital asset management system, central photography studio, soft proofing process and in-house operation exploratory etc. Manage postal needs and ensure adherence to regulations. Prepare specifications for new parts with vendors and negotiate effectually pricing structures. Ensure to involve in process and supervise prototypes, mock-ups, printer proofs and electronic templates with vendors. Convey proactively supply chain issues to VP, Operations and coordinate solution execution. Perform with finance on budgeting, estimates and cost analysis of actual product compared to proposed project.
Production Department
Their job includes controlling print flow, checking schedules for printing, and, essentially making sure that the product will be delivered at the given deadline and that it meets the quality standards of both the company and the client.
Design Department
Design management encompasses the ongoing processes, business decisions, and strategies that enable innovation and create effectively-designed products, services, communications, environments, and brands that enhance our quality of life and provide organizational success.
On a deeper level, design management seeks to link design, innovation, technology, management and customers to provide competitive advantage across the triple bottom line: economic, social/cultural, and environmental factors. It is the art and science of empowering design to enhance collaboration and synergy between "design” and "business” to improve design effectiveness.

Since 1992, Tylos Printing & Publishing has been operating independently. With all facilities on site we are able to successfully maintain complete control of customer service, pre-press, printing, finishing and delivery, both Bahrain wide and GCC.
